Once you choose your package, you are welcomed into a thorough onboarding — intake forms, lab kits sent to your door, and gentle preparation rituals to ready you for the work ahead.

We meet for a deep-dive Lab Interpretation where your results, story, and energetic body are woven into a single, personalized protocol — mineral repletion, nourishment, and ceremony.

You are never left alone. We meet regularly for clinical adjustments, shamanic energy sessions, breathwork, and embodied integration as the protocol unfolds.

Halfway through, we review your progress with fresh eyes and, when needed, fresh data — refining the path so the second half of the container carries you into your most sovereign self.

After you book, you'll receive a thorough intake form and any lab kits required for your container. Set aside quiet time to complete the intake honestly — leave nothing out. This is where the work begins; the more clearly you can name where you are, the more precisely we can meet you.
Sometimes, when the data calls for it. All recommendations are pharmaceutical-grade or food-based, and there are no kickbacks, no markups, and no monthly auto-ships. Your protocol is built around what your body actually needs — not what someone is paying me to push.
