Theology
To most, 'The Universe' is this abstract, far off piece of our consciousness. Something we believe in, because we are told so (our perception). Whether we are brought up in religion or more spiritual, we believe in some talked about higher power that will help us.
There is a Divine Hierarchy to the Universe. There is a structure, similar to what we would think of when you start a job at a big company. Invision if you will, a flow chart. At the top of the chart being Alpha/Omega - Our father/mother God. We have the 14 Ascended Masters (Jesus, Saint Germain, Lady Portia, Pallas Athena, Kuan Yin, The Great Divine Director, Lady Liberty, Mother Mary, Magda (Mary Magdalen), Cyclopea, Enoch, Lady Master Venus, Sanat Kumara) the Buddha's/Bodhisattva's. The Archangels and their legions of Angels below them. There are Spirit Guides & loved ones that may be helping us on our path as well.
(Some of this is touched upon in my podcast with Sita Daavelitta.)
As a Sacred Shaman, my purpose is to bring Heaven to Earth. Meaning, that I understand and connect with these Beings of Light during your time of healing. The Teachings are what I am taught, follow and practice, in combination with the Peruvian Shamanic healing techniques and my western medicine knowledge from my schooling as a Registered Dietitian and Massage Therapist. This blended and unique approach to healing is what allows me to truly heal you in the physical - mind, body, soul & spirit.

The power is in the little things. This is how the journey begins.
My Story
At a young age, I was quite intuitive. It came across as being quite stubborn, yet I've always seemed to have a deep knowing of how circumstances or situations would play out. If I got this feeling in my gut, I may not have been super agreeable. I would take time to play in the yard and build chi balls, learning to manipulate and grow what I felt between the palms of my hands. I had no idea how important this play was for building my energy in an innocent childlike manner to prepare me for the next piece of my journey.
In 1998, My family moved into a very spirited house. An old Victorian home, built in the late 1850's designed by Stanford White, which we've been restoring from the ground up ever since. There is a lot of history around the land and house. Local legend has it that while under ownership of Robert Casey, the name was changed to Shore Acres Inn and it operated as a speakeasy and casino for ten years. All evidence of this is conveniently missing.
As one would suspect, the house made lots of noises. It's a grand old house. However, the sounds that we heard, dark shapes that we saw were far more than just an 'old house'. The floors were creaky, yes - but in succession with how the creaking occurs - as if someone was walking down the hallway. The doors would slam! You'd hear murmuring of voices late at night; our beds would shake. Despite having these wild stories most mornings or nightmares. Somehow, these stories became nothing more than ways to raz each other and tell each other 'ya, you're crazy!', or 'Oh, old houses make noise, that's normal!'.
As the years went on, our stories became more involved. We could corroborate stories with our siblings or friends that had stayed over. Sometimes we talk about it pretty openly, yet the undertone was always… that didn't really happen. We could talk about our experiences in some capacity yet nothing was ever fully addressed. And in reality, at the time, I'm not sure what could have been done, aside from moving and with what I know now, it wouldn't have really solved the root of the problem. So, we carried on, each child had their own experiences and their own way of coping through their childhood. As time went on, the spirited house was something fun we'd share during ghost stories, nothing more. It was our home after all.
I finally went away to Florida State University in my mid-twenties. The weird and chaoticness that was my life, seemingly had settled down. During this time was when I started to become more aware of my own power. The power of having unwavering faith in an outcome in that something better would appear. I learned the power of manifestation. The power of faith. The power of the Universe. Though I will admit that growing up Roman Catholic, my relationship and understanding of God and the Universe was a bit muddled, yet I was learning that the more I believed, the greater things would come. And quite frankly, that was all I needed to know.
As I started to get closer to the end of my Masters Degree, it was time to look for jobs. I received a random call from a woman offering me a massage therapy job in Jackson Hole, WY. She wanted me to start in two weeks. I figured why not, worst case I'll be a ski bum for the winter while I sort the rest of my life out.
Well, the same day the spa owner had offered me the job, the hotel burned down in the middle of the night. It was quite sad and a big deal for our little town. I decided to forge ahead - no job, I did not know anyone, I had cleaned out my savings and had housing waiting for me if I made it to Jackson by Tuesday at 5pm. So, I left Upstate New York in a bit of a hurried fashion the morning after my 10-year High School Reunion, amidst a massive snow storm. I made it to Jackson Hole, WW in about three days and moved into a 450 sq foot studio apartment!
I was absolutely enamored with the beauty of these mountains, and still am every time I see them. This land is truly magical. I felt a calmness here, almost like this was the place I was always searching for. So, I settled in. Life was seemingly easy here. It seemed that as quickly as I would speak something into existence, it would manifest - sometimes almost instantaneously. Time and time again. The power is in the little things. This is how the journey begins!
Through my massage work, I met a dear friend, Gail. We clicked instantly and she invited me to a spiritual gathering led by her dear friend, Mary Raymakers. Little did we know what a trio we would become.
I officially started apprenticing under Mary in May of 2021. I have been extremely blessed to have been able to learn and heal with Mary in the capacity that I have. The majority of my apprenticeship has been administered in the traditional Peruvian way, which means we spent the majority of our time together. I have been able to learn directly from her, be in her aura and be pulled up into her frequency. This alone is truly powerful.
As I have started sharing more with my family about what I do, stories have surfaced of past family members. There are stories my paternal grandmother shared with me about my great grandmother and her eight sisters and some of the 'witchy' past times that they would have. I gather they were much into gardening and herbal medicine.
Growing up, on my mother's side there were undercurrents of Spirits, outside of the box from our Catholic upbringing, although nothing was ever too seriously discussed until more recent years. I have learned that my great grandmother would pray over you and your headache, for example, would go away. I am told she would yawn a lot while she was praying and speak some Italian prayers and then she could tell you if your headache was a result of a male or female, for example, then your headache would lift. My great aunt, her sister, was well known around her area for reading tarot cards. She would read playing cards and was quite accurate! I've most recently enjoyed chatting with my grandmother about the Spirits that visit her during the night. She has seen Spirits in the night for many years. It is fun to hear her stories!
Today, these experiences have shaped the healer I am. I work with clients to listen deeply to their bodies, replenish their mineral foundations, and alchemize their physical, emotional, and spiritual vessels. Through functional medicine testing, shamanic energy work, breathwork, and mindset coaching, I guide them to release what no longer serves and step into greater vitality and alignment. The body is light in motion — and it is my greatest honor to help you remember and reclaim yours.
